SAN MARCELINO, Zambales — The local government in this town has begun the distribution of free rice seeds for the upcoming dry cropping season.
Mayor Elmer Soria led the distribution of the free seeds on Wednesday, Oct. 30, in support of the agricultural sector that sustains the livelihood and food supply of the town’s residents.
