Australia skipper Mitchell Marsh won the toss and decided to bowl first. The toss and start of play was delayed due to rain in London, and the match has been reduced to 43 overs a side.

England skipper Harry Brook shined again with an exceptional half-century to pave way for another England win. Brook scored 87 from just 58 balls and was helped by Ben Duckett who got a 62-ball 63 to give England a good platform. Livigstone cashed on it later, smashing 27-ball 62 to take the hosts to 312/5.
In reply, after a decent 68-run stand for the opening wicket, Australia collapsed to be bowled out for 126. Matthew Potts took four wickets while Brydon Carse picked up three. The win meant England levelled the series 2-2 and forced a decider.
Australia won the first game in Nottingham by seven wicketssuper game, and the second one in Leeds by 68 runs to make their intentions clear at the outset. But England bounced back with a 46-run victory (DLS method) at Chester-le-Street.
